At Superior Hospice, we believe remembrance is more than reflection — it’s a profound act of love. Honoring the life and memory of someone who has passed is an essential step in the healing journey, and we’re honored to walk that path with you.
Our Services of Remembrance offer families, friends, community members, and caregiver staff a space to pause, to gather, and to honor the stories that continue to shape us — even in absence. Because remembrance isn’t about saying goodbye. It’s about saying, you mattered.
Grief doesn’t have a schedule. It lives quietly in birthdays, holidays, and the simple everyday moments where absence is felt most deeply. Our remembrance services are designed to meet you in those moments — to offer comfort, community, and the quiet strength of gathering with others who understand.
Whether you come in grief, in celebration, or simply in solidarity, these services provide a place where love is remembered and hearts are gently held.
Superior Hospice hosts two Services of Remembrance each year — thoughtfully timed to honor both personal milestones and collective memory.
The holiday season can stir emotions that are complex and tender. What was once a joyful time may now feel hollow, heavy, or overwhelming. Our Holiday Remembrance Service is a gentle invitation to pause — to acknowledge both the joy that was and the sorrow that remains.
Whether you’re newly grieving or years into your journey, this time of remembrance creates a sacred space for you to feel, to honor, and to hold space for both grief and grace.
Spring is a time of renewal — but for many, it also brings the ache of what’s no longer here. Our Spring Remembrance Service invites families, caregivers, and community members to gather outdoors (weather permitting), where memories are honored in nature’s gentle rhythm of renewal and growth.
Together we:
Grief does not ask us to move on. It asks us to move forward — and to bring love with us.
At Superior Hospice, remembrance is more than tradition. It’s a community promise: to walk beside you not only during care, but long after. Through every season, through every service, and through every memory that deserves to be honored — we’re here.
